Scottish History Online A very interesting site which does as its name suggests.

Prehistoric.Org.UK Another megalithic site, but with some original features such as short movie clips of sites.

RCAHMS The Royal Commission on the Ancient and Histroical Monuments of Scotland. Free registration opens up massive searchable databases, listing all scheduled monuments in Scotland and much more. Invaluable.
